EMS (Enterprise Management Suite) is an AI-assisted, industry-independent, modular enterprise management platform: it recommends modules for the organization's industry, opens standard modules and industry-specific boxes under the organization's own names, and keeps records in every module in list and kanban views. It is the productized form of the structure GRUPAS SUITE provides inside Grupas.

One of 19 industries is chosen on the organization card. The industry's recommended modules are added to the 8 core recommendations made to every organization (strategy, budget, business plans, processes, job descriptions, Digital Vault, meetings and actions, management scorecard) and marked as "recommended" on the home page. The EMS administrator maintains each industry's recommendations; the choice always stays with the organization.

Core modules (Identity and Access, Organization Structure, GURU, GURU CHAT, Tasks, Document Center, Integration Center) are open in every organization. The 17 standard modules and 24 library boxes are opened as needed: a module opened from a box takes the name, description and layout given by the organization and comes with the box's template fields and statuses.

You create a new box: icon, name, purpose, fields (text, number, date, choice), statuses and layout. The box belongs to your organization only and can be opened as a module right away. GURU can suggest fields and statuses from the description.

As setup advisor it looks at the chosen industry and the open modules and points out unopened recommendations, missing links and modules with no records — this part is rule-based and needs no AI key. When you create a new box it suggests fields and statuses: with Claude when an AI key is set, otherwise by keyword matching. The suggestion only fills the form; saving is the user's decision.

Yes. EMS is multi-tenant: each organization's modules, boxes and records are kept separate. The administrator adds new organizations and switches between them; each one is set up with its own industry.

Sign-in is single sign-on; there is no separate EMS password. There are three access levels: view (read-only), edit (changes records and modules) and manage (also adds organizations and manages the industry list and settings).

Monthly subscription, annual subscription, purchase (perpetual license) and a project license for Grupas setup projects. Pricing depends on the license model, the number of users and the module scope — contact us through the demo / quote form.
